Order before the event if you can — your order is how I know which dogs to point the camera at, so dogs ordered early get the most shots. You can still order any of these afterward. Start wherever you’re comfortable and upgrade any time: what you’ve paid always counts toward the next step.

Questions I get at every event
I have more than one dog. What should I know?
I build one gallery per household, with every one of your dogs in it. I do my best to get shots of each dog, but I usually end up with more of some than others — so expect photos of all of them, not necessarily an equal number of each. Every Photo is $129 for one dog and $179 for two or more — one gallery for the whole pack — and ordering it before the event is my cue to give every one of your dogs full camera time. Three Photos and One Photo are never per-dog.
It’s a multi-day event. Do I pay for each day separately?
No. I consolidate the images from every day into a single gallery, choosing the best shots from the whole set — so you’ll normally find images from each event your dog ran in.
How many images will be in my gallery?
It varies a lot from dog to dog. The biggest factors:
- How many splashes your dog took. More runs means more frames for me to review, and more keepers.
- Which events. Air Retrieve usually produces the most images and the highest quality: the dog makes several attempts, and because I know where the dog will be in the frame, I can focus on the bumper and nail the moment.
- Whether you ordered ahead. An order before the event is my cue to point the camera at your dog every time it’s on the dock, so pre-ordered dogs consistently end up with the biggest galleries.
